Belt side entry agitator shaft sealing device
1. Stirrer mechanical seal refers to two annular sealing elements that, on their smooth and flat end faces, rely on the action of medium pressure or spring force to rotate relative to each other in a mutually adhered manner, thereby forming a sealing structure. When the shaft rotates, it drives the spring seat, spring, spring pressure plate, moving ring and other parts to rotate together. Due to the force of the spring, the moving ring is tightly pressed against the stationary ring.
2. When the agitator shaft rotates, the moving ring rotates together with the shaft, while the stationary ring is fixed on the seat frame and remains stationary. The annular sealing end face in contact between the moving ring and the stationary ring prevents the leakage of the medium.
Adjustment of temperature knob for side entry mixer
1. When using, the power should be plugged in, the container containing the solution should be placed in the middle of the heating plate, and the rotor should be placed in the solution of the container. Turn on the power, the indicator light will turn on, and then adjust the speed control knob clockwise, from slow to fast, to the desired speed. The rotor rotates to drive the solution for stirring operation.
2. When constant temperature heating is required, insert the temperature measuring probe into the solution, insert the side entry stirrer and plug it into the back seat of the stainless steel stirrer, and adjust the temperature knob to the desired temperature. If accurate temperature accuracy is required for the solution, a thermometer should be used to measure the solution temperature simultaneously, and then the temperature knob should be adjusted to achieve the required temperature. If heating is not required, simply adjust the temperature knob to below room temperature.
